How’s about some horrorcore? Get your blood boiling and your guts spilled tonight at the Record Bar with NYC horrorcore rap icon, JakProgresso. Much of his music derives from violence and drugs, but the sharp-tongued rapper will keep you on edge and waiting for what’s next to come out of his mouth. Leonard DStroy is slated to rock some beats, while Puppet The Grimey and local rap vocalists Vertigone, Sephiroth and Ben Grimm should put on some live hip hop griminess. If you have an uneasy stomach, you might want to steer clear of this show. But if you stand on hip hop’s more gory side, this is a can’t miss event.
