…that’s Kutty’s new mailing address for the time being. Now that we’ve got the bad news out of the way, we do have some positive things to report out of Kutty Slitz’ camp. Kansas City-based producer, Veto Mega, is apparently handling a lot of Kutty’s music now that he’s gone away for a bit, which will see Mega taking on most of the production duties for Kutty Slitz we hear. (We should have more on that in the coming weeks). We hear that the follow-up to Kutty Slitz and Leonard DStroy’s classic 2010 release (embedded below) is just about ready to rock and fire. We also hear that there will hopefully be a promo pack for that upcoming “LennySlitz Project 2″ within a matter of weeks. Kutty says that he wants as many video people as possible to take part in a contest to see who can film and put together the best video interpretation for one of his new songs, “Jet Set”. While we don’t really have any kind of stream player for the song, just know that it’s about bar-hopping in KC from a live-for-the-moment kind of perspective. If any music video types out there are reading this and are interested, I suggest a video beginning with someone waking up from a hangover one afternoon, and then flashing back to the night before. Fans and listeners are more than encouraged to write letters to Sterling.
