Pictured left to right, Brent Tactic, Steez Harvey, Flashdance Gordon and NMEZEE have been thumping out the Gusto Lounge at 504 Westport Road on a regular basis for 12 months now. It’s not everyday, every week, or every month that we can celebrate the survival of an EDM-centered dance night in Kansas City. But not only has the Superb! bass party channeled by these four record-breakin’ DJs merely survived, it’s thrived. Having hosted national DJ talent like EOTO, Vibesquad, Sazon Booya and Skinny Friedman, in addition to a healthy mix of locals, Superb! is not for the faint of footwork. Expect an unhealthy mix of mind-melding bass and pure party insanity on Saturday night at Gusto, and hopefully these four can continue Superb! well into 2013 and beyond.
