Local freestyle/battle rap czar (no pun intended), Toon, who is promoting this show pretty heavy, says that the MC battle portion of this event will not unfold how a traditional battle would. He says it will be a “Call Out” style battle, with no brackets. It will be “last man standing,” he says. The producers battle lineup is already full, but there are 4-5 open slots for the MC battle.
This is surely a relatively new concept for the Czar Bar (downtown KCMO) to be taking on, but it’s a nice venue and it should be a good time.
