There’s a new flavor of Vitamin Water in town…er, maybe just in Belton. I really don’t know how long this flavor has been out, but I, a huge Vitamin Water fan, saw this new flavor at Price Chopper tonight and I had to pick it up. I’m not going to pretend like I’ve tried every different flavor that Vitamin Water makes, but I gotta say, this “b-relaxed” stuff is pretty good. It’s got a kind of mango/grapefruit thing going on.

Here’s the selling point on the label wrap of the bottle, which is unique to each flavor of Vitamin Water:

“everyone’s got issues – bills piling up, car repossessed, dead-end job, your boss mike verbally abusing you, relationship talks, in-laws that never leave, in laws that move in, recurring nightmares of being naked at work (you have them too, right?) it’s enough to make anyone go bonkers.

lucky for you, we’ve placed b vitaminsand theanine in here to keep you calm during stressful times. granted, it still wont keep the in-laws out… but thats what dead bolts are for.”

Vitamin Water’s marketing is borderline genius. Check out their website for more details, and other flavors that you probably haven’t seen in KC: vitaminwater.com

Mr. Mad Marlon himself (KCK) hooked us up with a CD a while back with two songs that we agreed to let us leak. I’d totally forgotten about making that post until he threw something up on a myspace bulletin talking about something that he’s working on with the StreetMonstaz. So here it is…

Marlon’s style is beyond left-field, if you ask me. But most of his tracks go HARD. I first heard him on a mixtape that DJ Fresh did a couple years ago and I thought this Mad Marlon dude must be like 8 feet tall and 400 pounds or something. Do yourself a favor and check out these two songs. You’ve never heard anyone like him come out of KC before. Trust.

It’s amazing to know that people are still going to battle with bows and arrows in 2008. This picture looks like something out of the movie “Braveheart.” Absolutely mind-blowing. The rest of these pictures will open your eyes in a real way. Check the link below after reading the caption and taking in this picture.

Maasai warriors cover a battle field as they clash with bows and arrows with members of the Kalenjin tribe in the Kapune hill overlooking the Olmelil valley located in the Transmara District in Western Kenya on March 01, 2008. The Massai, the Kalenjin and the Kisii tribes have recently clashed over ongoing land disputes that erupted after botched local elections during the general elections held in Kenya in December of 2007. Over twenty warriors from the tribes have been killed in bow and arrow battles near the borders of these tribes in the last couple of months. (Yasuyoshi Chiba/AFP/Getty Images)
